I can't guarantee there won't be problems transferring between systems, though global button assignments changing, for example. Also my analog sticks work fine with BetterD3tool. Xpadder will run another profile to emulate your game. It seems Bioware doesn't include controller support for Mass Effect games. You can use Xpadder with up to 16 controllers.
